All goods and delivery costs must be paid for in full by the customer before goods are dispatched. We hold the right to make changes to the prices on this website at any given time.

The customer’s right to cancel an order or be refunded for faulty goods (as examined by our returns staff) is reserved.

All stock is offered subject to availability. If the items you’ve requested aren’t available when your order is processed we will send the goods out as soon as they are available, but if there is a long delay we will offer an alternative item or refund your card. In all cases we will do our best to keep you informed.
