Lots of these have been gaining momentum recently and it can actually be a really good way to stay linked up with us and what we are up to.
The easiest has got to be Facebook. It’s strange because I kind of loath it, yet I still find myself on there at least twice a day! Anyway, start liking our page now right here. And once you have done that, invite all your friends! The more the merrier.
Some of you might use Twitter? This is updated with snap-shots of our Facebook stuff, so if your on the move a lot it can be quite useful. Follow us there now.
Then for all our video stuff we have a few accounts; YouTube, MPORA and Vimeo. Get on those and subscribe!

Herbal Skateboards/PhinFilms July Edit

Put together by Sam Way of PhinFilms this month with footage from Herbal Skateboards and PhinFilms.
Some Southsea, Portsmouth and of course local footage. (just can’t escape Hayling Skatepark…). Also some slightly unknown faces. Eyes peeled!
This month is the first edition of the ‘Streets of Hayling’… but, erm – you should really read the disclaimer!

Crawley Evening Session

Last night we went up the the road to Crawley Skatepark for a little evening session, courtesy of their brilliant floodlights.
We arrived at about 8pm (after Sam/Milly got us lost, somehow!) and the place was RAMMED! So most warmed up in the bowl which, for the most part, is usually empty. Wiggy, Rory, Ad, Jasper and George drew some pretty patterns round that bowl before George got bored and started bangin’ out some 360 shuvit tail-grabs on the jump box.
There was some mad (local?) skateboarding talent there last night as well; Flip back tails on the hubba, front-blunt shuv out on the flat rail etc. These were the guys crowding up the street section which is why it was so bad if your seeing that stuff go down!
At the end of the sessio, everyone was hitting the kicker and the hip with some steezy night-shot tricks going down. Then the lights went out at 10pm and kind of caught us all by surprise as it was pretty dam dark!
One light stays on, pointing at the jump box. So Geroge took it upon himself to learn some 360′s…as you do! You will have to wait until Augusts edit to spy any of the footage!
We didn’t have our favourite photographer with us for this trip and he was dearly missed! Next time, Harv!
