December Blues

Sunday was a slight let-down, but surprisingly fun! We were on a quest for dry spots and just about had one at the Purbrook dirty 7-set.
Marcus is down for the holiday season, so we wanted to make the most of it. He nailed a FS-shuv and a cleanflip
Then we ended up playing on a massive ice rink in the middle of the road for about 30 mins!

Murray Cross Steps Up

Murray has been in the wings for a while now and has recently taken some steps into the Herbal Team. We are currently filming for his first Herbal Section and are hoping to have it out early next year.
Something Murray has been desperate to get off his chest has been the Havant 13, which he did a month or so ago. The following Photo was just too good, we wanted to save it for the new site launch!

New Website
The site has been well overdue for a re-vamp since we first launched nearly 2 years ago! So here we are then. Big thanks to our web guy, Adam Wintle, who has been in charge of the site development. There are a few bugs here and there, so bear with us and we will sort them…
Unit 19 Mini-Ramp 2009

It seems to have become a bit of a tradition to visit the Unit around Christmas. Athough we forgot last year, this year we took a bunch of us up there and had a wicked session.
Wasn’t much of a filming session, but some great photos came out of it – of course thannks to Harvey! They do most of the talking really, but the ramp has changed a LOT since we were last there nearly 2 years ago.
They have put, what is best described as a 2/4 full pipe where the smaller mini used to be. One side is over-vert and the other has about 2 feet of vert and some coping. There is no flat bottom, its wall to wall and completely insane!
The photo’s don’t really show-off the build of the ramp. It’s so solid and well built. I think the Unit has a growing number of members and therefore contributers, so the quality is second to none.
