Marcus Snaps his Arm

We dragged a half hung-over, half drunk – messy looking Marcus, down to Romsey Skatepark for a Sunday-sesh. About an hour into the skate he was wishing he stayed home..
I had just disappeared to grab the still camera to get some snaps and returned to find i little gathering around Marcus lying on his back holding his wrist in agony! Obviously i exploited the situation and started taking pictures immediately. A few minutes later a paramedic arrived from over the playing fields and confirmed it was an open fracture (as in his bone had pierced the skin and gone back in).
The ambulance was there shorty after and gave Marcus a shit-load of morphine. That gave me and Wigglesworth an opportunity to get some ‘Pimp My Ride’ shoots against the ambulance.
I rode with Marcus in the ambulance and gradually saw him go from being in complete agony to a drooling mess. Ha.
At the hospital we contacted the parents etc etc and were on our way. Harsh? NO! It was a nice day, and there was still shredding left for the boys!
Anyway, Sunday night they put some mean plates in his arm and, fingers-crossed, (not you Marcus) he will retain full use of his arm and hand. Either way, it will be a fairly lengthly recovery process.
